My mother, one of the most loving, kind and health conscious people you will ever meet sent me the best recipe for boosting our immune system.  When I first saw it, I thought my mother was crazy because of the strong ingredients that it contained.  

However my fear and doubt took a back seat to the faith and trust I have in my mom.  So we spent a short while buying the ingredients, chopping up the onions, garlic and radishes and once it was complete we couldn’t believe how good it taste.  

Here is the recipe and a short video to help you boost your immune system.

INGREDIENTS 

14 Garlic Heads
7 Radishes
2 Heads of Red Onion
15 Lemons
5 Ginger
Pour lemon after mixing ingredients
1 Jar Organic Honey – Mix well

Put in covered glass jar
Let sit in fridge for 24 hours
Take one spoon 2-3 times per day
